How to wear a non-medical fabric mask safely

A follow up advice from WHO on mask wearing. Referenced from Dr Ian Mackay. QLD consultant virologist.

In Australia, the spread of CoVID19 continues to be consistently low in the community even though we are testing almost every person even with a slight case of cough. The justification of a wide spread use of mask is still not warranted. But in certain circumstances eg. in a confined environment when physical distance is not practical, long travel in a public transport and for those with underlying medical conditions, a properly worn mask is still recommended.
