Bulk billing is only available to the following Medicare card holders Monday to Friday:

  • DVA Gold card holders
  • Most doctors bulk bill children 15 and under – Please note that Dr Natasha Nogueira DOES NOT bulk bill children (please contact reception for further details)
  • Childhood immunisations
  • BULK BILLING not available on Saturdays or before 8am Mon-Fri, including children


Dr Natasha does NOT bulk bill, including children during all hours.

Payments, Charges & Rebates

Payment Types

Payments are required at the time of consultation; we accept cash and EFTPOS (including Debit cards, MasterCard® and Visa). We don’t accept cheques.

Fee review

We review all our professional service fees annually and any increases usually take place on 1 July and 1 January each year.

Medicare

If you’re eligible for Medicare we’ll ask you to pay the full amount upfront, and then we can refund your rebate on the spot back into your debit card via Tyro claiming system or Medicare will put the rebate back into your account. We welcome your inquiry regarding your rebates and items billed as part of our Billing Transparency Practice.

GP Appointments

The cost of your appointment will depend on the amount of time spent with the doctor. If the time required to discuss your medical issues is longer than a standard appointment a long consult will be charged. All prices include GST.

Failure to attend your appointment, answer your telephone appointment at the scheduled time or cancel your appointment without at least 2 hours notice may incur a fee of up to $100 Monday – Saturday

Other Information

This surgery runs by appointment system however in case of emergency, you will be attended to without an appointment.  All patients without appointment will be triaged by our fully qualified practice nurses and appointments will be allocated according to the urgency of the care required.

Telehealth (Phone or Video)

Medicare rebates are available for Telehealth appointments to our current patients who have been seen face to face within the last 12 months. The phone call may come in under a private number- please answer the call and ensure your phone is unblocked to incoming private numbers. Please phone back and settle the account with reception on the day of the appointment.

Repeat Prescription

Prescriptions will not be issued without a consultation, unless pre-arranged with your doctor.  Prescriptions issued without an appointment will incur a minimum $20.00 fee.

Your Appointment

SMS message will be sent 24 hours before your appointment when available. Non-attendance fee of $100 will be applied for each of the appointments missed.
