Thank you to everyone who took part in the voice of patient feedback during July and August 2022. We value your suggestions and ideas on the ways we can improve BMC, it was also lovely to read all your lovely feedback about the doctor, staff and clinic.
We will be discussing this feedback in our next team meeting, and we will keep you informed of the outcome.

Our practice encourages patients to give feedback to the Doctors, Practice Nurse, Reception staff and Practice Manager. Your feedback enables us to improve or change our services if required.
If you are not happy with us or our services, please let us know. If you are happy with us and our services, please tell your family and friends about us. We encourage our patients to provide valuable feedback which will assist us to keep providing the best health services we can.
