What Can Be Booked Online

Online booking is available for many common appointment types, including:
• General practice consultations
• Follow up appointments
• Telehealth appointments (where clinically appropriate)

Some services require phone booking or referral. If you are unsure, please contact reception for guidance before booking.

Not Sure Which Clinic or Appointment to Choose?

If you are unsure which clinic to attend or which appointment type best suits your needs, our reception team can help. They can also advise whether telehealth or a face to face consultation is most appropriate.

New Patients – Before You Book

If you are new to Banksia Medical Centre:
• Bring your Medicare card and photo ID to your first appointment
• Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for any required forms

Cancellations, Changes & No Shows

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide sufficient notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
